Adam joined the family business in January 2010, working as a Stock Clerk in the Montgomery Highway location and then worked for several months in each department of the company learning about the business. He was promoted to Store Manager at the Selma Street location in 2013 and then was promoted to Vice President - Retail Operations in 2016. In that role, he is responsible for ensuring that each store is functioning at its highest potential. Adam oversees vital aspects of the company including ongoing training of store management, inventory and quality control, and setting and administering company agendas and promotional efforts. Adam is constantly travelling to each of the company’s stores located in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida working tirelessly to provide corporate resources and accountability for each store so that the policies and expectations of the company are not only being met but are being exceeded. Prior to joining the family business, Adam worked out of high school with UPS until 2007 when he went to work for Artezia Water Company. He graduated from Poplar Springs High School in Holmes County, Florida. He and his wonderful wife, Claire, have two children and his family worships together at the Courts of Praise International in Chipley, Florida. Adam is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family at the ballfield.
